Local Author Gathering and Signing in Paola, KS

Okay, there might be two or three of you out there for whom this might be interesting info (Hi, Mom!), but Kevin and I will be among several writers gathering at the Paola Free Library in picturesque Paola, Kansas as part of the celebration commemorating the library's 100th anniversary. It's scheduled for Sunday, April 24th. No idea what the schedule of activities might be just yet, but I'll post the gory details when we get them.

Sharp-eyed readers might recognize the name of the town from a couple of my previous writing efforts. It shows up as "Pao'la," the Klingon prison planet, in In the Name of Honor, and I also use it to name a piece of alien fruit in The Last World War.

I know. Real heart-pounding stuff, that.

Anyway, if you're a KC-based reader and want to hook up with Kevin and me, here's your chance. See you there!
