Well, I've finally decided to take the plunge and make the switch to LiveJournal. Henceforth, you can read my various blatherings at the following new location:

(::: Pauses a moment and waits for the Blogger Cops to come beat me with their nightsticks :::)

Okay, then.

I've actually had an LJ account for quite a while, but I've just been too busy or too lazy to make the switch. After much himming and hawing, I finally decided that I was tired of leading this double-blogging life; tired of the feelings of duality; of saying one thing while doing another. You know...feeling like a Republican. Eeww.

So, I throw the switch. Off to LJ I go!

I'll keep the Blogger archives for a while, at least until I decide what to do with them, and they'll be accessible from my website. You know, in the event somebody needs to know what mundane yammering I conducted in November 2004 or something.

So what's the huge difference, other than I seem to have to join LiveJournal in order to be able to leave comments for you and other LJers there?

I found Blogspot only recently through a friend and am quite happy with it.

You can leave comments to an LJ without actually being an LJ member. It's tagged with "Anonymous," but if you sign your name in your message I'll still know who you are :)

Ah, ok. Some other LJs I've been to have restricted their preferences to comments from members only. Then they wonder why I never add comments on their pages. ;)

warm white, natural white and cool white. The much talked about drawback,
the lack of evenly distributed light in LED lamps too has been

Can I simply say what a comfort to uncover someone who genuinely knows
what they are talking about online. You definitely understand how to bring an issue to light
